Cross Training for Dancers
DanceRX is a monthly subscription that will provide dancers with flexible workouts to support their training goals: increasing strength, preventing injury, and lengthening their careers. Here's what's included
Dancers will have the option to pick from 2-4 workouts per week and can adjust the length of the workouts anywhere from 20-45 minutes to fit their rigorous schedules.

Kiley started dancing at a young age and quickly fell in love with the art form and the athleticism it took to perform it. After pursuing her college degree in Exercise Science and Dance, Kiley went on to continue to train in the performing arts in New York City. She also became a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor, exercise physiologist, and most recently completed SugarFoot Therapy's Teacher Training Workshop.
Kiley is particularly passionate about the intersection of the worlds of dance and exercise science, and strongly believes that dancers deserve to be equipped with the knowledge to keep their body strong, healthy & safe from injury.
