
Custom Training Subscriptions
Custom Training Plans are built to help you achieve your goals on your timeline.
Your Training Plan will start with four weeks of personalized workouts, video demos to walk you through each exercise, and an app that connects you directly to your programming and coach (me!). From there, your training will renew and update monthly.

Consultation
The process will begin with a 1:1 consultation with Kiley. Here, you will discuss your goals, fitness level, schedule, and anything else you might want to include when it comes to building your training packet. It's all about you!

App Integration
Once you commit to your subscription, we will get you and all of your information uploaded to an app, where I'll start to build out your programming.

Program Updates
Once your programming is ready, all of your workouts will get uploaded to your app with video demonstrations and notes to make it easy to follow. You'll also get a calendar layout of your workouts, and a messaging feature where you can touch base with me directly about how your workouts are going.

Check-in
At the one-month mark, we'll schedule a quick check-in to make sure that you're still feeling excited with your programming and progressing with your goals. We will also chat about your upcoming renewal & set new goals together.
